Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was simply amazing. The room was on a whole other level with a mezzanine, a huge bed, and a high ceiling. It had that classic Venetian charm with draperies and Murano glass chandeliers. The service was top-notch, providing excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of Venice but away from the crowds. The dining experience was delightful with a fair selection and attentive staff. I truly enjoyed my time here.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room we had was decently sized with a mix of double and single beds, offering a comfortable stay by the Grand Canal. The room's decoration and woodwork added a touch of charm. However, we had to deal with some pesky mosquitoes during our stay, and the room could have been cooler despite our efforts.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was just perfect, opening right out to the Canal, and being so close to the water taxi stop made exploring the city a breeze. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even helping me fix a window I accidentally opened all the way. The location was ideal, near key attractions but tucked away from the tourist crowds. The only downside was the dining options which could be improved.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of luxury and coziness. The rooms, albeit a bit small, were comfortable and exquisitely furnished with a view over a garden and a little canal. The service was top-notch with attentive and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was simply magical, overlooking the grand canal with easy access to main tourist areas. The dining experience offered a good variety but lacked some hot options. Overall, a palatial experience with a few room for improvements.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location. Right at Ca'Rezzonico water bus stop, I was able to explore Venice easily and enjoy the daily life on the canal. The rooms, although in a magnificent Venetian style, were a little warm due to the lack of air conditioning, but they were Venice-sized and spacious. The service by the hotel manager was marvelous, making me feel right at home and the facilities were just perfect for my stay.
I loved the convenient location of this hotel, right next to the water bus stop and within walking distance to all the major sites. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was appetizing, especially enjoyed on the terrace. However, the rooms were a bit basic for the price paid and located on the ground floor, exposed to noise from reception.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with a kind and helpful staff. The location was perfect, offering a great view and easy access to attractions. The dining experience was good, especially with the option to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Overall, a great value for money choice in Venice.
